Objectives
T he objectives of the project are to:
· Explore more suitible relations between labour market and education by
exchanging knowledge and experience
· Create innovative ways of cooperation between labour market and educational
sector
· Create a transnational management group in this field
The acitivities in the project will have an impact in each participating country concerning the issues discussed in the events and the activities in beetween. The activities set conditions for further and more effective cooperation between the participating municipalities, becomes a platform and gives the possibilities to develop specific projects in the field. The exchange of research and good practices will give deeper knowledge about each others local conditions, legislation and organisation.
This can build framework for future personal exchange, inside health and care services and education providers with students exchange as well as workers exchange programmes. The project will be the basis for a possibility of long term cooperation among the involved partners even in other subjects and issues.
One of the objectives of the project is to create the basis for the development of further subprojects in the context of other EU programmes, like LLP and Health.
